Miyang Terms of Service
Welcome to the products and services provided by 米羊科技（上海）有限公司 (hereinafter "Miyang" or "we"). Please read these Terms carefully before use.By clicking to register, signing in, or continuing to use the service, you indicate that you have read and agree to all provisions of these Terms.If you do not agree, please stop using the service.
I. Scope and Application
These Terms apply to all products and services of 米羊科技（上海）有限公司, including without limitation the miyang.cn account system, Alice and other client products, and related services (hereinafter collectively "this service").
These Terms, together with any product-specific terms and service rules we may publish, constitute the complete agreement between you and Miyang. If a product-specific agreement conflicts with these Terms, the product-specific agreement prevails.
II. Account Registration and Use
2.1 Registration Requirements
When you register an account, you must provide true and accurate information (including your email). If incorrect information makes the service unavailable, you bear the responsibility.
You must be at least 14 years old to register independently. Minors under 14 must use this service under a guardian's supervision, and registration is deemed to have the guardian's consent.
2.2 Account Security
You shall keep the account and password yourself, and you are responsible for all operations carried out with that account. If you discover that the account has been stolen, contact us immediately. We are not liable for losses caused by your failure to keep the account secure.
You may not transfer, lend, or share the account with others.
2.3 Account Cancellation
You may contact us at any time to request account cancellation. After cancellation, data under the account will be deleted and cannot be recovered. Please back up in advance.
III. Service Content and Changes
We will continue to optimize and adjust the content and features of the service. In the event of a material change, we will give advance notice by in-product notice, email, or page announcement.
We reserve the right to interrupt or terminate the service when necessary, but will try to give advance notice. We are not liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure (such as natural disasters, policy changes, or network failures).
IV. User Conduct
When using this service, you undertake to comply with the laws and regulations of China and of the place where you are located, and not to engage in the following:
- Publishing or disseminating content that is illegal, in violation of rules, infringing, defamatory, pornographic, related to gambling, or fraudulent;
- Intruding into or attacking our systems or others' devices;
- Using this service for any commercial fraud, malicious registration, or bulk account registration;
- Collecting or scraping other users' information;
- Engaging in any other conduct that harms the lawful rights and interests of Miyang or others.
We have the right to take measures against violations, including warnings, feature restrictions, and account bans. Serious cases will be pursued for legal liability in accordance with the law.
V. User Content
The copyright in content you upload or publish through this service (text, images, files, and the like) belongs to you. You grant Miyang the right to use your content to the extent necessary to provide this service.
You must ensure that content you upload does not infringe any third party's lawful rights and interests.You bear copyright disputes and legal liability arising from your content.
VI. Intellectual Property
The intellectual property in this service and its related software, interfaces, documentation, algorithms, and the like belongs to 米羊科技（上海）有限公司. Without written authorization, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or use them for commercial purposes.
VII. Privacy Protection
We take the security of your personal information seriously. Details on collection, use, and protection are set out in Miyang Privacy Policy. Using this service means you agree that we will handle your information in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

This service is provided "as is". We make no express or implied warranty as to the continued availability, accuracy, or completeness of the service.
Miyang is not liable in the following circumstances: service interruption or data loss caused by force majeure (natural disasters, policy changes, network-operator failures, and the like); losses caused by your breach of these Terms or your own failure to keep credentials secure; and issues arising from third-party services or content. If your data is lost due to Miyang's own fault, we will bear corresponding liability in accordance with the law.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. After a revision, we will update the version date on this page and, where necessary, notify you by email or in-product notice.Your continued use of this service after a revision is deemed acceptance of the revised content.If you do not agree to the amended terms, you have the right to contact us to cancel your account and stop using this service before the amendments take effect.
X. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the mainland of the People's Republic of China. If a dispute arises, the parties shall first seek to resolve it through friendly consultation; if consultation fails, it shall be submitted to a people's court with jurisdiction at the place of registration of 米羊科技（上海）有限公司.
